My rates start at $300 for the first hour, and $200 for any subsequent hours. Discounts may be available for longer sessions. (Overnight packages, for example.) For a first time session, a trivial non-refundable deposit must be made by purchasing a $50 tribute membership to my paysite.
Tips are NOT necessary, but always appreciated. The same goes for gifts and other tribute.
